Evolved from the sacred mysteries of nature, Ayurveda is arguably the most ancient system of medicine practiced today. Besides curing conditions, Ayurveda aims for a balance to prevent illness. This is done by passing on practices that are customized and tailor-made for each individual to maintain a healthy life style. Particular focus is given to daily routines, wholesome and unwholesome food habits, seasonal regimen and the basic essentials of life as expounded by the great Indian physicians and philosophers. It has methods to cure or effectively manage almost all ailments with its palliative and purification therapies, popularly known as pancha karma, with proper pre-operative and post-operative procedures.

The conceptual and operational framework of Ayurveda is wide enough to include all essentials for health and happiness. It includes the study of dharma (right conduct) which is necessary for the healthy growth of society. About Our Team

Dr.Sreeraj, is an Ayurvedic medical graduate who hails from a family based in middle Kerala, which has a rich traditional background of over three hundred years of clinical practice of classical Ayurveda. He began absorbing the basic principles of Ayurveda from his grandfather, Sri.Balakrishnan Vaidyar at the age of 11. He completed his graduation from Coimbatore Arya Pharmacy in 2006 and has been practicing since then in Kerala. After five years of intense practice and exposure in the in-patient pancha karma treatments (from Gurukripa Ayurvedic Hospital of Sri.Poomulli Neelakandan Namboothirippadu tradition) he took the role of lead consultant at Ayurjiva Ayurvedic hospital from 2011.

What makes him different is his strict adherence to the classical approach of Ayurveda in practice. Although he welcomes the advanced modern Omega deville hour vision watches diagnostic technologies and the importance of modern medicine, he never advocates risky patented drugs or medicines that might have traces of heavy metals or minerals, though they could have a quick effect. Instead he follows the classical medicinal preparations which are time tested and though comparatively slow acting are completely safe.
